Various exercises and dynamics are worked supporting the needs of the group through improvisation techniques. We focus on body awareness, spatial perception, and creative development to understand the importance of body presence. We work on the relationship of the body with its parts and the whole, its possibilities for action, and the relationship with space, with time and with others. We aim to arouse in the participants a curiosity for movement research and expression of one’s own body.
It is also intended to stimulate individual expression by activating the senses and emotions through the use of images, in order to enrich the different movement qualities – time and weight – and to keep the mind and body open and present. We want an adaptable and versatile body, in an open environment to share ideas and movement, aiming to generate values such as self-confidence and authenticity (truth), key elements for developing the ability to communicate with an audience.
